Excellent Service

Just a short note to express our delight and thanks for the efforts of your trainer, Lee Pike, in the way he has handled a variety of difficult circumstances related to our training needs for overhead crane and loading shovel in recent weeks.

These were in no way his fault or responsibility but he responded in an extremely helpful, supportive, flexible and professional manner throughout.

In addition, our evaluation process has highlighted, despite the difficult circumstances, the participants thought the training they received from Lee was some of the best they’ve had in recent years.
