Course Summary

QTC will allocate a qualified assessor who will work with the candidate to develop a skills profile, the skills profile will then be used to develop an assessment plan that will be implemented to ensure we collect evidence of competence in the workplace.

Course Objectives

• The objective is to complete your Level 2 NVQ to upgrade your current Red card to the Blue Competent Workers Card

Course Requirements:

• Development Activities
• It may be necessary, in some cases, for the candidate to attend development workshops and undertake work based projects to ensure the candidate can cover all requirements of this qualification. Where this is a requirement, wherever possible, we will work with the employer to develop projects and initiatives that will benefit the employers business.
• Assessment
• All assessments will be completed in the candidates workplace during normal work activities.
