How to set goals and objectives for the team and individuals and being able to measure the team’s effectiveness.

Team Roles: Identifying the roles that individuals play in the team environments and assessing the strengths and weaknesses of each person within that team.

Team Leadership: What makes a successful leader and how to identify different leadership styles identifying ways to develop them?
How motivation and delegation is relevant to the development of theses styles.
